<2>Q: Shipment?

A:We can arrange shipment from either your specified forwarder or our forwarder.After ETA, please pay the balance before we provide you B/L.

<3>Q: How about your after-sales service?
A: All of our products are 1 years warranty against defective materials and workmanship, if any quality

problem, free replacement or repair parts will be sent in the next order. Furthermore, tracking the package for customer until the customer get it.

<4>Q: What is your enterprise type?
A: We are a professional manufacturer for car audio products and we have the export right.

<5>Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located at Guangzhou city,Guangdong , China. if you visit our factory,you can fly to either Guangzhou

<6>Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Generally is 30%T/T after order,and balance after shipment.

<7>Q:How about sample oder?

A: We can make sample as your requirement ,we need about 10days to make sample after receipt of payment.

<8>Q: What is production package?
A: Usually is gift box and master carton, it can depend on clients
